Week 8 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Falcons QB Matt Ryan

A road matchup with the Jets. Matty Ice has thrown just 1 TD in 5 of 6 games this season. The Jets are tied with the Patriots for most TD passes allowed with 15.  Ryan bounces back this week.

Jets RB Matt Forte

Has 13 catches combined in the last 2 weeks. Forte leads the Jets running backs in snaps the last 2 weeks. The finally healthy Forte is worthy of a flex play. Playing him over Rob Kelley in one of my leagues.

Redskins WR Josh Doctson

Played a career high 54 snaps last week as head coach Jay Gruden talked about wanting to see what Doctson can do.  Blown coverage is a regular occurrence in the Dallas secondary. Doctson is an emerging player. Playing him over Will Fuller IV in one of my leagues.

Bengals TE Tyler Kroft

Home with the hapless Colts. Kroft is tied for the team lead in red zone looks the last 3 weeks.

Bills K Steven Hauschka

Has made 3 or more field goals in 4 straight contests.

Bengals Defense

Home with the Colts. Defensive strategy is to find a team playing the Browns, Colts, or Bears each week.

Panthers LB Shaq Thompson

With Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis banged up, Shaq has made more plays in the scheme.

Week 7 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Bills QB Tyrod Taylor

The Bucs defense has allowed the 2nd most fantasy points to quarterbacks.

Owners that lost Aaron Rodgers could stream Tyrod for this week.

Falcons RB Tevin Coleman

Home with the Patriots defense in what I anticipate as a shootout. The Patriots have allowed the 2nd most catches and yards to running backs. Coleman should be in your lineups.

Eagles WR Nelson Agholor

Monday night home matchup with the Redskins. Agholor was flourished with the move to the Slot. Agholor has scored in back-to-back games. Solid WR3 or flex play.

Redskins TE Jordan Reed

I anticipate Reed to be a serious threat vs. the Eagles defense. No more decoy routes. Reed Scores 1st TD of the season.

Titans K Ryan Succop

Should be able to do some damage vs. the Browns.

Panthers Defense

On the road vs. the offensively challenged Bears. Panthers may give up some points, but should force Mr. Biscuit into some turnovers.

Browns LB Joe Schobert

4 games with 8 or more total tackles. Should see plenty of tackle opportunities vs. the Titans.

Week 6 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Lions QB Matthew Stafford

Throws for 300 yards vs. the Saints on the road. The Saints have allowed a 101.2 opponents passer rating.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara

Lions defense allows just 74.6 rushing yards per game. Kamara helped make Adrian Peterson expendable. Kamara is a must start going forward.

Patriots RB Mike Gillislee

Faces the Jets on the road in a great matchup. The Jets allow 102.6 yards per-game on the ground. Gillislee is a non-factor in the passing game, but should be bounce back this week.

Redskins WR Terrelle Pryor Sr.

Coming off the bye at home with the Redskins. I anticipate Pryor being significantly more involved coming off the bye. The window to buy low closes today.

Bears TE Zach Miller

Tough road matchup with the Ravens. Miller looks to be Mitch Trubisky’s top target this week.

Packers K Mason Crosby

Great kicker, not worried about missed extra points last week.

Texans Defense

Highly doubtful they give up 42 points to the Browns at home. Cleveland with Kevin Hogan at the helm shouldn’t present much of a threat.

Bears DE Akiem Hicks

High motor player that will get some hits on Joe Flacco.

Week 5 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Texans QB Deshaun Watson
Tough home matchup with the Chiefs, but has turned into a weekly play. Watson is Learning to Fly sooner than I expected.

Vikings RB Latavius Murray
I anticipate Murray to Break Into the Great Wide Open of the Bears defense. Chicago has allowed 4 Rushing TD.

Dolphins WR DeVante Parker
The Waiting on Parker has been the hardest part for fantasy owners. The Titans have allowed 11 TD thru the air this season. Parker finds the end zone this week.

Jets TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins
Running Down A Dream matchup with the Browns. Cleveland has allowed the 2nd most fantasy points to opposing TE.

Chargers TE Hunter Henry
I Won’t Back Down on Henry despite 2 goose eggs. The Giants have allowed the most TD and second most yards to opposing tight ends.

Eagles K Jake Elliott
You Got Lucky with the 61 yarder last week. I anticipate Eagles to be able to move ball against Cardinals, but struggle to get into the end zone.

Eagles Defense
Cardinals QB Carson Palmer has taken the most sacks in the NFL and Palmer looks to be near the End Of The Line.

Raiders LB Cory James
With 22 total tackles combined in the last 2 games, James is telling opponents Don’t Come Around Here No More.

Week 4 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Dolphins QB Jay Cutler

Home matchup with the Saints soft pass defense. New Orleans has allowed an opponent’s passer rating of 109.3 The Dolphins have allowed the worst passer rating in the league at 116.4.  This could be a shootout.

Bengals RB Joe Mixon

Faces a Browns defense that has allowed 4 rushing TD thru 3 games. Mixon played well with the training wheels off. I anticipate this to be Mixon’s coming out party.

Saints WR Willie Snead

Returns from 3-game suspension to a gravy matchup with the Dolphins. (stats in Cutler writeup).  Worth a flex play.

Texans TE Ryan Griffin

Bill O’Brien’s offense does involve the tight ends in the passing game quite a bit. Griffin is a streaming option this week vs. the Titans, who have allowed 7 Passing TD already this season.

Texans K Ka’imi Fairbain

Bengals Defense

Faces the Browns on the road. Cleveland is -5 in turnover ratio so far this season. DeShon Kizer has shown some flashes, but is still turnover prone. Stream defenses against the Browns until Kizer takes a step forward.

Jets Strong Safety Jamal Adams

The Jets allow 133.3 yards per game on the ground. I expect to see a lot of Leonard Fournette smashing thru the Jets 2nd level and Adams having plenty of tackle opportunities.

Week 3 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Redskins QB Kirk Cousins

I believe the Redskins passing attack gets back on track vs. the Raiders in a shootout on Sunday Night Football.

Seahawks RB Chris Carson

This 7th round rookie out of Oklahoma State led the team in rushing last week. Thomas Rawls and C.J. Prosise are often injured. Eddie Lacy was a healthy scratch last week. Carson was the Seahawks best RB in training camp. Carson should be the lead back going forward.

Bengals RB Joe Mixon

New OC Bill Lazor first priority should be to unleash this talented rookie.  Mixon’s speed and quickness could do some damage against a slower Packers defense. Mixon is worth a flex play to find out.

Browns WR Rashard Higgins

Game of the day bad on bad football in a road matchup with the Colts. Kenny Britt has been a nonfactor and Corey Coleman is hurt yet again. Higgins had 11 targets last week and should get plenty of looks this week.

Raiders TE Jared Cook

3rd in pecking order of Raiders receiving corps. This is more of a matchup play vs. the Redskins, who have allowed the most yards to Tight Ends this season.

Panthers K Graham Gano

Should be busy in a home matchup with the Saints

Patriots Defense

Home vs. the Texans. I don’t believe Deshaun Watson in his 3rd NFL game will figure out the Rocket Scientist’s defense.

Bengals DE Carlos Dunlap

Yet to get a sack this season, but will this week against the Packers.

Week 2 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Bucs QB Jameis Winston

Carves up Bears weak secondary with weapons new and old.

Bears RB Tarik Cohen

PPR Flex play vs. the Bucs. Cohen is on tape now and opposing defenses will adjust. Jordan Howard and the Bears receivers are banged up, so expect Cohen to be involved in the passing game.

Patriots WR Chris Hogan

With Amendola Out, Hogan should be a factor vs. the Saints in a high scoring affair. I doubt Hogan goes for just 1 catch 8 yards again.

Eagles TE Zach Ertz

Chiefs defense isn’t the same without Eric Berry manning the middle. Ertz should be able to do some damage.

Raiders Kicker Giorgio Tavecchio vs. the Jets.

Ravens Defense gets to face DeShon Kizer, who happens to be the 3rd youngest QB to start an opener since the merger. Ravens Defensive Coordinator Dean Pees should be able to disguise some blitzes to get Kizer to turn the ball over.

Vikings Defensive End Danielle Hunter

I believe Hunter gets to Big Ben this week.

Week 1 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Cardinals QB Carson Palmer

I anticipate a lot of points thru the air in this game. Palmer is a pickup for Andrew Luck or Jameis Winston owners.

Ravens RB Danny Woodhead

Didn’t play much in the preseason, but is a smart veteran player. PPR owners should feel comfortable using Woodhead as a flex.

Saints WR Ted Ginn Jr.

Should benefit from Willie Snead suspension, worth a flex this week vs. the Vikings.

Chargers TE Hunter Henry

One of my favorite breakout players this season. Once Antonio Gates breaks the receiving TD record, I anticipate Henry to take the majority of the snaps at TE.

Chargers K Younghoe Koo

Name of the year. Was in running for Lou Groza award last season.

Falcons Defense

Pissed off after Super Bowl debacle with a dream matchup vs. Mike Glennon and the offensively challenged Bears.

Lions MLB Jarrad Davis

Rookie in the middle that should be on the field for all 3 downs.
