Week 13 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Packers QB Aaron Rodgers

Has left a lot of yards on the field this season and hasn’t adjust his style of play of fit the skill sets of teammates. Due to rebound big vs. the Cardinals.

Ravens RB Gus Edwards

Back-to-back games over 115 yards rushing. Falcons have given up 13 rushing TD and 5.1 YPC.

Panthers WR DJ Moore

I put him in the Circle vs. the Bucs for Week 9 and Moore disappointed with 1 catch for 16 yards. Last 2 games combined Moore has 15 catches for 248 yards and a TD.  Devin Funchess status could impact Moore’s usage. Even if Funchess returns roll with Moore vs. the Bucs.

Raiders TE Jared Cook

Chiefs have allowed a league worst 812 receiving yards to opposing tight ends. Cook has scored a TD in back-to-back games.

Seahawks Kicker Sebastian Janikowski

Offense should be able to move the ball vs. 49ers defense.

Seahawks Defense/ Broncos Defense

Backup QB’s vs. an NFL defense can lead to the fantasy gold that is turnovers.

IDP

Raiders LB Tahir Whitehead

7 or more total tackles in 5 straight games.

Week 9 Fantasy Football Circle Of Trust

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott

Played well in 2 games before the bye, gets a new weapon added to arsenal in Amari Cooper.  Good bye week replacement for Andrew Luck and Carson Wentz.

Browns RB Nick Chubb

Chiefs allow a league worst 5.4 YPC.  With a new head coach and offensive coordinator I anticipate Chubb getting a full workload.

Broncos WR Courtland Sutton

50 yards or a TD in 5 straight games as the 3rd wheel behind Demaryius Thomas. With Demaryius gone, look for Sutton to add another dimension to the Denver offense. I own him in 4 of 5 leagues.

Panthers WR DJ Moore

The Buccaneers have allowed a league highest 20 receiving TD. Slot receivers have carved up Tampa Bay this season. Moore’s target share has increased each week.

Packers TE Jimmy Graham

Patriots have allowed 41 catches for 505 yards and 5 TD to opposing tight ends.

Panthers K Graham Gano

The Buccaneers give up an average of 33.3 PPG.

Cowboys Defense

Have allowed a best 8 Passing TD so far this season.  Titans offense is a mess.

Titans LB Jayon Brown

7 or more total tackles in 5 straight games. Should be busy vs. the run-heavy attack of the Cowboys.

10-team IDP Dynasty League Draft Recap

10-team Dynasty Keeper IDP league with the 4th overall pick.  Draft choice goes up one round each season. My Keepers were Chris Hogan (6th), Kyle Rudolph (7th), Will Fuller V (12th), David Johnson (13th), Tevin Coleman (18th), Deion Jones (20th), Carson Wentz (21st), Jamal Adams (24th), Dion Lewis (Franchise Tag), Chris Carson (Franchise Tag). I’m thrilled with my draft to build a competitive team for not only this season, but the future.  Mistakes I made were not keeping Aaron Donald for a 15th and Jarrad Davis for a 24th. I ended up redrafting Davis in the 16th rd. I wanted to have as many available draft choices to target keeper players. Thrilled to get D.J. Moore, Sam Darnold, Mike Gesicki, Courtland Sutton, and Anthony Miller. Lamar Jackson wasn’t as high on my draft board as the other Rookie QB’s, but felt like I got value at that stage. I was the first to take a Rookie QB and grabbed Darnold.  Baker Mayfield went a round later. I passed on Christian McCaffrey to draft Andrew Luck. Most elite QB’s were kept and others were drafted early. Had to go up and get the QB I wanted. Decided to pass on Jimmy Graham to get Trey Burton. I considered trying to trade the pick for a Graham drafter, but was afraid of missing out on Burton. IDP’s are young and disposable. I was filling out offensive keepers while other owners were drafting defensive starters. I play waivers on defense, so why waste mid-round picks.  Feel free to comment on how I did.

12-team Snake Draft

12-team Snake PPR Draft. 4 Points for Passing TD. Starting Lineup is QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, Flex, Def, and K.  My one regret is waiting too long to take a TE and getting Jack Doyle. I’m doubtful of Doyle replicating his 2017 season.  Sony Michel should have been Trey Burton. I got pissed on missing out on Burton so I doubled back to snag Drew Brees as my 2nd QB. With Cam Newton’s physical style, I wanted an elite 2nd QB.  I missed McCaffrey in my previous drafts and wasn’t going to let it happen again. I passed on Julio Jones to get OBJ. Too tired of inconsistent production from Julio. Thrilled I was able to take Joe Mixon in the 3rd.  7th round passing on Chris Thompson to get Kerryon Johnson is one that could be questioned as well. I sided with Johnson since Lions traded up to draft him. The Hugh Hefner approach of looking for newer younger models was apparent at the end of the draft with DJ Moore, Mike Gesicki, Aaron Jones, and Calvin Ridley.  Depth and potential trade chips fill out the bench. Overall I’m happy with the roster comprised on the Dazzling Dizzler.
